We’re a family.
We may not be related (well, some of us are) but we support, encourage, and challenge each other as if we were.
We take good care of our people. We invest in their professional development to help them be the best they can. We encourage apprentices to take on more responsibility and move around the business, and our more experienced staff to continue formal learning.
Our people are loyal and often remain with the company for decades: we’ve given out 28 Breitling watches so far for 25 years’ service.
We also offer flexible working arrangements because family is the most important thing.
